PF Continues Sending cadres To China For Leasure, Pays $500 Each As Pocket Money

PF Has taken over MMD's China trips where MMD used to send cadres to China. The carders stay at 5 star hotels and are given US $500 P/N  as pocket money. PF already has been sending  MPs and cadres to China.  The Chinese trips were condemned by president Sata when  he was in opposition. This incentive was extended to some journalists.
