Warriors Maintain 2 Point Lead
Kabwe Warriors still lead FAZ Division One South with a two point advantage after Week Nine fixtures at the weekend.
Warriors beat Zesco Shockers 2-0 on Saturday but their lead, now on 21 points, is being kept under close check by Kafue Celtic who were 1-0 victors away to Freedom Rangers.
In Midlands Division Two, Chilanga Heroes, Kafue United, Sabel Bulls and Young Zanaco started the delayed league on a winning note.
Young Zanaco beat former Super Division side Lusaka Dynamos 3-2 while Chilanga Heroes dispatched K-Stars 2-1 with Kafue United picking an identical scoreline.
The only FAZ Super Division match played Sunday involving Red Arrows and Nkana produced a 1-all draw.
