Lackson Mangani Still Using Toyota Prado ABX 4470, Government Above The Law?

Government should explain to the people of Zambia if the Charity Munganga Chanda's state investigation team on corruption is only championing its fight on the former members of the Movement for Multiparty Democracy (MMD). This follows the number of cases that have been disclosed is among the former members. It has come to our attention that some of the MMD vehicles have sine been confiscated.
We would like to know how former Chipata central member of parliament and home Affairs Minister in the previous administration Lameck Mangani, now under the Patriotic Front (PF) comfort is still using a Toyota Prado ABX 4470. Does it mean that PF is a no go area for the task force?
