Man arrested for defiling and murdering daughter
A Lusaka man has been arrested for defiling and causing the death of his 3-year-old daughter. Police Spokesperson, Ndandula Siamana has confirmed the arrest of 37-year-old Charles Kutibiya of Luangwa compound. Ms Siamana has explained that the man allegedly defiled the toddler and later repeatedly hit her against a wall. And some neighbours to the man have told MUVI TV that they apprehended the man after the incident while the baby was pronounced dead at the hospital.
