Illegal Land Allocation Continues
Zambia police officers have been deployed in New Kasama area in Lusaka to prevent illegal allocation of land.
Earlier today (Sunday), quick action by the police prevented several people from illegally sharing a particular piece of land in the area.
This followed the encroachment of the respective piece of land by some people, who claim to have done so with the permission from higher authorities.
Efforts to get a comment from the Ministry of Lands over the matter failed by press time.
